Sixty minutes with a real consultant — not a chatbot, not an agency. I follow the money through four stages of your business and name what's leaking, live, while you watch — with a figure on each one I can defend. Then the written plan lands within 48 hours. If I don't show you at least $10,000 a year leaking out of your business, you don't pay.

The audit follows the money through four stages of your business. Tap each one to see the question I ask and something real I've turned up there. Then tick the panel on the right — it's the same conversation, run against your own business.
Where does new work actually come from? What happens to an enquiry that arrives at seven on a Friday night? We time the pipeline end to end.
What does delivering the work look like hour by hour? Who's the only person who can do each step — and what happens the week they're out?
How long from finishing the work to money in the bank? How much is sitting unpaid right now, and who's actually chasing it?
What admin burns hours every week that shouldn't need a person at all — hiring, scheduling, re-keying, reporting, follow-up nobody owns?
Every leak from every audit goes into one ledger — the figure, how I arrived at it, and how confident I am in it. What's mostly showing up at owner-run businesses is $30,000 to $40,000 a year. The guarantee sits at $10,000 because that's the number I'll stake the fee on, not the number I expect.
Eleven of twenty-four leaks trace back to those two sentences. Different industries, different sizes, same two failures — which is why the audit doesn't care what business you're in.
Eight of the twenty-four leaks were named and left unpriced on purpose. One was a hundred thousand dollars in aged invoices — real, and still not a yearly loss, so it doesn't get counted like one. Another was a sub-roster one trade deep; the honest fix there is relationships, not software.
Forcing a figure onto those would have made the reports look better and been worth less. If I can't defend a number in front of your accountant, you get the leak without the number.
One thousand dollars, split in half. Five hundred books the hour. Five hundred releases the written plan.
Live, in the room or on the call. You leave knowing where the money's going, whether or not you ever pay the second half.
The written report. Not "here's your problem" — here's exactly what to do about it, in what order, and what it's worth doing.
You paid for the hour. If you decide to fix any of it with me, the second $500 comes off the price of the project — the plan becomes part of the build. And sometimes the honest answer is a two-hundred-dollar tool you already pay for and don't use. When that's the answer, that's what the plan says.
We settle it out loud at the end of the hour, not weeks later. Under ten thousand shown, the first $500 goes back, there's no second invoice, and we shake hands and part. That's a promise about what I show you on the call — not about money you'll recover, which isn't mine to promise.
Not concepts — working systems. These aren't the offer, and I won't pitch you one. If the audit turns up a leak that one of them already solves, I'll show you the real thing. Pick one; the window on the right runs a simulation of what it does.
Enquiries that arrive after hours sit until somebody opens the inbox. This answers in under 30 seconds — qualifies, routes the hot ones, and notifies you. Day or night.
Servlead comes from the leadership Jesus modeled: lead by serving. My faith isn't a marketing angle — it's the foundation of how I work, and it's why this business runs the way it does.
In practice, that means I put my own fee on the line before I ask for the rest of it — no $10,000 shown, and your money comes back. It means a third of what I find carries no dollar figure, because forcing one would be dishonest. And it means if you're not a good fit, I'll tell you — kindly — instead of selling you something that won't work.
I'm Sam. I spent 14 years in analytics, automation, and ERP before starting Servlead — long enough to know that most "AI transformation" pitches are noise, and that the real wins are specific, measurable, and usually unglamorous.
When you work with me, I'm the one doing the work. No account managers, no junior team, no handoff. The audit works best at owner-run businesses where the owner is still close enough to the work to answer questions about it directly — and I'll tell you honestly if that's not you.

One hour. Your leaks, named and costed, yours to keep. A written plan to fix them within two days. And $500 comes off the price if you decide to fix any of it with me.
