A third of what I find gets no number at all.

Eight of the twenty-four leaks were named and left unpriced on purpose. One was a hundred thousand dollars in old unpaid invoices — real, and still not a yearly loss, so it doesn't get counted like one. Another was a list of subcontractors that only went one trade deep; the honest fix there is relationships, not software.

Forcing a figure onto those would have made the reports look better and been worth less. If I can't defend a number in front of your accountant, you get the leak without the number.

When you work with me, I'm the one doing the work. No one in the middle, no junior team, no passing you off to someone else.
