Servlead Solutions LLC (“Servlead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI automation and business efficiency consulting to owner-operated companies. Our engagements typically begin with an AI & Efficiency Audit and may continue into scoped builds, system implementation, and ongoing execution of the resulting roadmap.
This policy describes the information Servlead collects, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to servleadsolutions.com and to all consulting services Servlead provides.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you book a consultation, complete an intake form, engage Servlead for services, or communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to share. This commonly includes your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and details about your business operations, systems, and workflows.
Engagement information. In the course of delivering an audit or project, Servlead reviews information about how your business operates. This may include process descriptions, operational metrics, system configurations, vendor relationships, and other business records you make available. The scope is agreed with you before work begins.
Payment information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Servlead does not collect or store complete payment card numbers or bank account credentials. We receive confirmation of the transaction, the amount, and the associated contact details.
Business contact information obtained independently. Servlead identifies prospective clients using publicly available sources and commercial business-data providers. Information collected this way is limited to professional contact details: name, job title, company, business email address, and business phone number.
Website usage information. Our website collects aggregate traffic data, including page views, referring source, general geographic region, browser, and device type. This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not track visitors across other websites. This information cannot be used to identify you individually.
How We Use Information
Servlead uses the information described above to:
- Deliver consulting services, including audits, written recommendations, builds, and implementation support
- Communicate with you about active or prospective engagements
- Prepare deliverables, reports, and documentation
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Contact businesses that may benefit from our services
- Meet legal, tax, and professional obligations
Servlead does not sell personal information. We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.
How We Share Information
Servlead shares information only in the following circumstances:
With service providers. We use third-party technology providers to operate the business — including hosting, scheduling, email and calendar, forms, payment processing, document management, and electronic signature services. These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to deliver services to Servlead.
With your direction. If an engagement requires coordination with your vendors, staff, or advisors, we share information as you instruct.
When legally required. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Servlead or others.
Client Confidentiality
Business information shared with Servlead during an engagement is treated as confidential. Servlead does not disclose client business details, operational data, or engagement findings to third parties.
Servlead does not identify any client publicly — including in case studies, testimonials, website content, marketing materials, or social media — without that client's prior written permission.
Data Security
Servlead maintains reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. These include access controls, encrypted transmission, and reputable service providers with established security practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Servlead cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Servlead retains client engagement records and deliverables for seven years following the close of an engagement, consistent with tax and professional recordkeeping requirements.
Prospective client contact information is retained until the contact requests removal. Upon request, Servlead maintains a suppression record so the contact is not added again.
Website analytics data is retained on an aggregate basis according to our provider's standard retention schedule and is not associated with any individual.
Marketing Communications
Servlead may send business communications to prospective clients. Every commercial email includes a means of opting out. A request to stop receiving communications — by reply, by phone, or by any other means — is honored promptly and permanently.
Communications relating to an active engagement are transactional and are not subject to marketing opt-out.
Your Choices
You may contact Servlead at any time to:
- Request a description of the information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations
- Opt out of future communications
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Servlead honors these requests regardless of whether a particular statute applies to a company of our size.
Children's Privacy
Servlead provides services to businesses. Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18, and Servlead does not knowingly collect information from minors.
